My name is Aisha , this company is deceitful. I have payment arrangements with Detroit, Edison I am on a payment plan. So when I pay so much go toward my new bill and so much goes towards my old bill, this company is able to see it as my Bill go down, yet they tell me I should be paying them and not Edison. I told them I can not pay them I am paying who I am suppose to pay, which Edison I am in good standing . L J Ross and Associates reported to the credit bureaus even after they spoke to Edison. I do not appreciate it, I am not a dead beat, I pay my bills. Please know that what go around come around, I have had 3 people call me and I told each and everyone of them.

Called to find out who they are and why they reported me to credit bureaus and they said I would have to call back from a different line. When I did, I got a voicemail asking to leave a detailed message along with my Social Security Number. No Way! This is a phone scam that somehow figured out how to infiltrate Experian and TransUnion. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION!

Sketchy. Calls me multiple times a week, asks me personal information like address and social security number, refuses to tell me what the nature of the call is. Incredibly rude, unprofessional, sketchy, and annoying. Have reported them to the FCC.
