Caitlin Countryman

This program has changed my life, professionally. I am now a more confident individual, and will be able to excel and advance in a new career. Ross gave me most of the tools to achieve said goals, with a couple exceptions. Most of the instructors are nice (Mr. G.), caring, and are actually here to see us more forward in our goals and aspirations. Those certain individuals that are not as appealing have pushed me away from certain subjects of the program, but overall I am happy with the tools and resources I have been given from the ones who care. I will always be thankful for Ross for what they have opened for me, and I am excited for the advances that will happen in my life because I chose to do this program.

I went to Ross in 2009. I started to hear awful things about the school from the girls that attended and already graduated, that they could not find a jobs and was not being helped like promised. So for as much money as I was paying, thank god I quit after 1 month of attending after hearing everying I heard. I’m still stuck with a little over 3,000 worth of debt that needs to be paid to Ross. I called Ross recently to find out what they quoted what was left on my balance. I have been paying them off over a couple of years now… AND they have NO record what so ever that I even attended there, but of course they still have been cashing my checks! #GET IT TOGETHER!

I am currently a senior graduating in 3 weeks from the Ann Arbor campus as a Medical Assistant, and I could not have done it without the help of the staff here at Ross. They are awesome and make sure they do everything in their power to make sure you have everything you need to succeed. I highly recommend this campus to anyone wanting to get into the medical field.

I absolutely love this facility, it was like a family outside of my family the teachers were hands on and very compassionate. when you entered the building you were consumed by positivity. no matter what obstacle your faced inside or outside of the building someone was always avail with listening ear, open heart and ways to overcome your situations.

Amazing instructors and staff! Everyone is very supportive and works hard to make sure every student has the potential to succeed. The classroom has all the equipment and is set up to be very similar to what you will actually be working with when you are out in the field.
