First off this place is beyond ridiculous. It needs to be shut down from the way they run it. Secondly anytime you call and leave a message for someone to call you back it never happens.. so dont hold your breath. If by some magical mistake you actually do get someone to answer they either are to lazy to find the anwser you need or dont give you the correct answer. And last but not certainly not least dont say anything that can be hurtful to the person on the other end of the line cuz if u do they will in fact hang up on you. Because thats how a business should work?!?! They refuse to acknowledge when they screw up and that they charge for bs that was not in the initial paperwork.. but oh well what you dont kno wont hurt you. Good luck with these bastards being your electric company.

Terrible place. On my 50k salary i am still barely able to afford the $650/mo electric bill with extremely terrible internet in my 3 bed 2 bath home. This place is a sham and full of a bunch of idiotic crooks. They charge me $7 a day for "misc. charges" that no one can even begin to explain. Peak hours are random and outrageous in cost. Dont bother calling or going in to complain either. They will ignore any and everything you have to say. This place needs to be shut down.

DO NOT get internet through EPB. My connection is terrible at night and they act like they can do nothing about it and keep saying to upgrade internet from 12mbps to 25mbps. Save yourself a ton of trouble and anger and find another internet provider. If i could rate 0 out of 5 stars i would. Also those "peak" hours are bullshit and EPB is the only business that claims it exists.

They do not want to work with you at all. They charge astronomical fees, and their rates for internet and cable are awful, given the "speed" (or lack thereof) of the internet. I have been a customer for 7 years (because there is no other choice in this area) and I feel like they take advantage of their cutomers
