Mary Higdon is an excellent attorney - and, based on my personal experience working with her on a very sensitive issue, I offer my highest of recommendations. While I write very few recommendations and reviews, I simply had to prepare one for Mary Higdon and her law practice. She seemed to always go the extra mile in how she handled our situation. Of course, her knowledge and competence as an attorney was immediately evident and what one would expect from an attorney. Where she rose about the general expectations was in how responsive, patient and a great communicator she is. She carefully explained what to expect and how the legal process works, providing clearly laid out options to help me through some significant decisions.
