My Company works with Bob to get all of our insurance polices. Last year, I was having trouble with my medical insurance, and when I asked Bob for his help the matter was resolved very quickly. He is the reason you should get an insurance agent, so that they can go directly to the insurance companies and fight on your behalf. In the end, I did not have to pay the medical bills that the insurance company should have taken care of right from the beginning.
