I have been receiving leads from Total Attorneys now for several months and I am extremely pleased with the results. I have signed up several cases and met several new good clients. The service is definitely making me money and even with a slow month it more than pays for itself. When I get bad leads or potential clients not in my practice area, the staff at Total Attorneys has been very helpful and accommodating. I have received credits for every bad lead with no problem. The staff have also been really great at working with me to narrow the parameters of my leads. I would highly recommend this service to any firm looking to increase business and get new clients. i have read one or two bad reviews of Total Attorneys and I have to say I have not experienced anything remotely similar to these other lawyers problems. I have used other lead services that provided me no leads and did nothing for my firm. Total Attorneys has lived up to what they promised and then provided excellent support staff to deal with any concerns that I have had. Sign them up!

This entire review is from my personal opinion and from our experience with Total Attorneys. Very few people actually called back our office back from leads and when they did they were people who are just curious, had no resources, no intention of hiring an attorney or wanted free advice on how to do the work themselves. Despite our high conversion rate from other sources, with Total Attorneys, we were not even able to convert a single lead. As a matter of fact one lead was from a person who had been DECEASED for over a year, which is what his widowed wife informed us. Another lead was from a phone number to a patient room in a hospital and when we called back the patient said he did not request any such information and he has been the patient in that room for several weeks and we had called the lead promptly after we received it. The only positive aspects are the people at Total Attorneys are friendly and responsive, and do give some credit on certain type of dead leads but overall it was a loss for us.

While Total Attorneys initialy provided good service for the law firm I work for, down the road, the quality of the leads dramatically declined. The law firm repeatedly were given leads from persons seeking free legal help or who our law firm was never able to reach from the contact information provided by Total Attorneys. This problem was compounded by Total Attorneys making it very difficult to obtain credit for these bogus leads. Towards the end, Total Attorneys repeatedly denied our law firm credit for bogus leads because Total Attorneys stated they could not verify what we were saying about the shoddy leads. Essentialy, they refused to believe us when we claimed a lead was bogus, but wanted us to believe them when they said they could not verify the lead was bad.

I have been a client of Total Attorney for over 3 years. It does generate a lot of leads. However, it seems to me that since starting with them the quality of leads has dropped a good bit. I do not doubt that a 3-1 rate of return is accurate. However, the problem is the time investment it takes to communicate with all the leads they send you. Most of the leads are junk. The bottom line is that for the price they charge per lead- I spend my days kissing frogs to find an occasional princess. I will say that their customer service is excellent. However, the Total Attorney phone operators seem to all be from foreign countries based on their heavy accents. People in big cities like Chicago might expect this, but down here in lower Alabama this is a problem.

I agree that Total Attorneys delivers leads. Yes, you have to stay on top of them to weed through the leads that are not a good fit, but that is true from those who come in your door or send you an email. If you are interested in growing your business, I really see no harm in giving these guys a try. Michael and Grant (and really everyone) works with me to remove bad leads when they pop up and to tailor the leads to exactly what and where I am seeking them.
