This is the best Attorney office in all over GA; they help me with my son custody and it was a great experience since I got to lean how the law works went it comes with family. Thanks to Steven Power and his wife wish I think this is a great person. I am very happy that now I have my son custody in wish everyone knows that it is very hard for a father like my self to be able to have my son to be with me and have a great education down here in Ga. If you are a men and want to gain custody of your son please ask for Mr. Steven Power and his wife, they make a great team, they are not like other Attorney office that they only want your money and want you to fight so they can make money. I contacted this office for help in step-parent adoption. We decided to move forth with my husband adopting my son from a previous relationship. Everyone in this office was an absolute pleasure to work with from the receptionist answering calls to Christine Scartz and her paralegal Jennifer. They walked us through the entire process step by step and treated us as a friend rather than just a client paying their fees. Very personable and friendly as well as honest and upfront! We are happy to say the adoption was granted by a judge on September 8, 2014! It was not a quick process but well worth the time involved!

They took my retainer. Cancelled custody hearings and charged me for cancelling them. I called to ask about rescheduling and they charged me for the phone call to ask about the hearing that John Smith cancelled. Then he said he used up the retainer and needed more money, even though he did NOTHING. Phone calls were never returned. Emails were never returned, but they had no problem billing me for emails I sent them trying to figure out what was going on with my custody cade. When I questioned it he immediately dropped me as a client with no reason given. These people are money hungry crooks! Use somebody else.

I have had the pleasure of having Stacy represent me in a criminal case. She was very diligent and kept me up tp date as my case progressed. She worked very hard on my behalf and got me a fair and just outcome. I would highly recommend Stacy for you criminal case needs. She is a nonstop machine, working hard for my needs. When my court day finally arrived, Stacy was prepared with all the necessary paperwork, jury questions, witnesses and worked with the solicitor to get the outcome we had discussed. I was extremely satisfied with her performance and would hire her again if needed.
