Your friendliness, professionalism, willingness to answer our many questions, and overall support were very meaningful to us especially being out of state and not understanding all of the Florida insurance process. You went out of your way to find a reasonable solution to us having to find a new auto insurance policy. The insurance side, both home and auto, became one of the delightful experiences of moving to Sanibel. It was something that I did not have to worry about which was especially gratifying since we had so many other things to handle with our move.
