I waited for over 6 hours for AAA to come when my car keys were stolen in a bad neighborhood. I called and pleaded with the dispatchers to come as soon as possible. They let me, a woman with a child, wait for 6 hours and counting. I encountered crackheads and got no rest because I had to wait for AAA to come. They had the WORST service I have ever experienced!!!!

Very substandard performance. Customers are treated as enemy combatants. I have no idea what is the value proposition of AAA locations like this. I wish it gone and replaced with a better store.
