The experience my wife and I had working with Richard and his staff was great. We are very pleased with how quickly they took care of our case. At no point did we feel nervous or unsure of what was going on. The correspondence and guidance were excellent. We filled out some paperwork and met a couple of times and that was it...they did EVERYTHING. Very convenient and easy to work with.
