Arrowhead Entire Staff Despicably Walking Out Cared Less! My family and I drove 20 miles to this location for a banking transaction and arrived in front of Arrowhead at 11:27a.m. As soon as we walked in the double door, the entire Arrowhead staff locked their doors and left for the day. There was a fire, but hundred of miles away. One female staff said with her hostile tone of voice that couple employees felt sick from the smoke inside the branch. If so, couple of them could leave, but why the entire staff closed Arrowhead for the day? We were inside other buildings but felt it was cleaner inside than outside especially the air conditioner filtered the smoke from outside. It was an excuse to take the day off causing extreme inconvenience for me. Other businesses in the building were staying. The entire staff stared at me with angry and hateful eyes to demonstrate they were walking out and cared less.

This is by far my best banking experience. I usually can just walk in and be out in five minutes and the staff is always very courteous and friendly. I walk in there with ease knowing that it will NOT be this horrible experience. I can appreciate that, especially when life itself can be so busy. Thank you Arrowhead for providing that comfort for me!

The employees are cool. But there is always a ridiculous line. They usually have 3 people working with 4 open teller windows. Clearly they need to schedule more employees on Fridays.

Worst location ever!!! Long lines always and 2 people behind window...very unfriendly...needs to be updated so people can deposit money into atm without envelop
