Matt and his staff are amazing! I am very impressed with their ability to listen to my needs and explain what I am getting in plain english. I have been paying for insurance for many years (with numerous companies and agents) with only a basic understanding of what I was getting. Matt and his staff took the time to explain what I was actually getting for the money. It was a very eye opening experience seeing exactly what I was getting from my prior company and how that compared to what State Farm offered. As it turns out, I was able to getter coverage for less money and to top it off I actually have a live person I can call whenever I have questions or if something happens. Matt even gave me his cell phone number incase it was after hours! It is very refreshing to see a company that delivers personalized customer service in a day where most companies hide behind toll free numbers and e-mails. Keep up the great work!
