While researching for legal representation for an auto accident my wife and I were involved in, Brady Pofahl was recommended to me. My wife had stage 4 metastatic breast cancer and was significantly debilitated by the accident. Brady was frank, very straight forward, clear and understandable in all his recommendations. Upon reviewing our case, he was able to make recommendations concerning courses to follow and steer clear of as we sought medical treatment and what point we should proceed forward with our claim. His advice proved invaluable in helping us put together a claim which had a strong basis for an acceptable reimbursement. He and his staff kept us informed throughout the proceedings as he handled the negotiations with insurance companies and medical facilities to get the best settlement we could get. Our final settlement after lawyer fees, taxes and adjusted medical expenses were taken out was still far more than we would ever have been awarded without his help.
