I had called the office to get a quote, the gentleman I spoke with was very distracted and I had to repeat myself numerous times. I told him I needed auto insurance and home insurance. He placed me on hold for at least 3 minutes. Then switched me over to someone who I had to repeat all the same information to. I was on the phone for at least 50 minutes. The girl I spoke with treated me like I was dirt becasue I had 1 claim. Then I signed with them and in literally 2 weeks they raised my rate. Saying something about the man who came to my house said my roof was too old. Why I told the girl that my roof was 16 years old anyways. This is a bait and switch agency.... I would never recomend this agency to my worst enemy!!!! Do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else!!!!!

Daniel Hickeys insurance Agency ,will scam you ,My experience ,his agency listed one of my vehicles as a company car ,it was not a company car ,to get me a discounted rate ,then bills me for the difference,after receiving a letter asking proof for company the car was listed under then sends me to a credit collection agency after insuring my personal vehicle for a year by using fraudulent practices ,next move ,the Better Business Bureau of Illinois Northern District.

My car needed a jump and Roadside Assistance was there within an hour. John, Roadside Assistant, was a very kind and caring person, jumped my battery and told me I needed to get a new battery; too old.
