I made the decision to adjust my withholdings back in 2013 in a weak attempt to save money. I knew this would cause a problem but I didn’t think it through. I did this for three years and ended up with a $14,000 tax debt. Fast forward I received a certified letter saying the IRS is going to garnish me. I ignored that letter because it was the 4th letter I had received and I figured they were just blowing smoke. The following week I found out otherwise. My entire paycheck was reduced to less than $200. What was I going to do? I had rent due, car payment due and this was the worst timing. I found key Tax Group and they reassured me that they were able to stop the bleeding. I called on a Tuesday and by Thursday they had my garnishment lifted, a very affordable payment agreement setup and no more collections! Key tax group is awesome!

Hire Key Tax Group if you have any tax issues. They are no nonsense and get things done plain and simple. The team over there did an awesome job for me. I was an idiot and went exempt for two years because I listened to someone who didn’t know what they were doing. Needless today I ended up with a monster tax debt of over $37,000. Like an idiot I ignored the letters until I received a certified letter saying my world was going to come to an end very soon if I didn’t pony up some cash. Wage garnishment, bank levies and tax liens seemed to be the IRS’s weapon of choice after reading the letter. I called Key tax and it took them less than two weeks to protect my financial assets. Thanks Key Tax! Bang up job!

I was referred to key tax group from a different company and all i have to say is an amazing job. they really did a stand up job. I started with Key Tax about 3-4 weeks with a very stressful IRS issue. So Far Key Tax has been very responsive to my questions, inquires and getting things done in a timely manner. My case is not closed yet and I will update my review once everything is completed. So far Key Tax has done everything they said they would do. These folks hurt more than they helped. After 5 years of noy filing and needing some help, they lied straight to my face telling me there would be no penalties or fines if we paid all back taxes in a lump sum. They never negotiated with the irs. Charge well over 1500 bucks just to file my taxes. Huge rip off and scam artist! Run away from these crooks

Paid $1500 for an audit over a year ago. No response to me or my auditor from my lawyer Kelly Gibson. I was promised a refund through an email and have not revived it, and have not got any return email or phone call from her. Buyers beware! When you call, you get a call center.
