We have worked with Eric for the past 3 years- he has helped us buy our first home, then 3 years later in June 2017, sell that home and purchase a new home. Eric is absolutely wonderful. He is available whenever you need him, he is very professional and responsive. We had a very difficult process buying our new home, and Eric/ Nancy were so helpful through the process. They checked in constantly to make sure they were explaining the process, advocated for us, and made sure we walked away with the best deals on both our sale and purchase.
