Mark has been our agent since 2003 when our original Farmers agent retired. We meet with him annually and he always has excellent recommendations for how we can improve our coverage in the most cost-effective ways. He never fails to show us how we can save money without putting our family at risk. He covers our home, auto, and life insurance needs - which are extensive for a family which at one time included four teenager drivers! When our home experienced extensive hail damage and destroyed our shake roof, Farmers processed our claim immediately... we were one of the first homes in the neighborhood to get our check and had a new roof in place just a few weeks after the storm. We are very blessed to know Mark and have him as our agent.

Mark has been my insurance agent for many years. I have found him and his staff to be the best in the business. Everything I do with them runs quickly and smoothly. Claims are always handled in a timely manner. Most importantly they care about the client. Just today I locked myself out of my car with nothing but my phone. I called Jan in the office and asked for her help to call for my roadside assistance as I did not have that info at my disposal. She immediately jumped into action. She made all arrangements to get me help. She even made sure I was safe and offered a ride to pick me up if needed. Within an hour my car was open and I was back to my daily schedule. Thank you Jan!

I have been with Mark Olson and Farmers for years and when I finally needed to make a claim recently on my house the claim was denied! I called and asked specifically for Mark to call me. He has NOT called. In fact, I have never met the man in years of paying for insurance. I am currently shopping elsewhere.
