I recommend Derek Ewin wholeheartedly to anyone who finds himself or herself needing the services of a criminal defense attorney. If you are reading this review, chances are that you are in a difficult situation, and I empathize with you - I have been there. I am very thankful that I retained Derek for my case. Derek is a good man, not just a good lawyer. He genuinely cares about his clients. He is well respected by the district attorneys and judges. He was able to negotiate a fair deal on my behalf. Throughout the entire process, he explained what was going on, set my expectations appropriately, and delivered on everything he said he would - there were no surprises. I hope to never need his services again, but if I did, I would not hesitate to call Derek.
