Mr. Bernstein is the best criminal defense lawyer anyone could hope for. Without going in to too much detail about my particular charges, I can say that Robert Bernstein literally saved my life. We reached a great result because of his never-ending hard work. Mr. Bernstein was always direct with me about what was happening and kept me informed of all details of my case. Although I was offered a plea deal which would have resulted in no jail time, Robert understood that I would not ever plead guilty to something I did not do and he supported me every step of the way. Ultimately, we decided to proceed to trial and Robert was a brilliant force in trial, he dominated the court room and passionately argued my case throughout the course of the trial. He destroyed the credibility of my (false) accuser with a blistering cross examination. Yet, at the same time he was always very professional with the judge and other lawyers. We reached a great result and I was vindicated. After the trial, several of the jurors came up to me and actually hugged me and told me that they felt for me. Without hesitation I would recommend Robert Bernstein to anyone who needs a GREAT defense attorney. Do not waste your time with others, Robert Bernstein is the only lawyer you need when you are facing criminal charges.

FINALLY! An attorney who talks the talk and walks the walk!! 2 years ago I was falsely accused of a horrible crime. I hired a very expensive lawyer assuming the situation would quickly be resolved as the supposed victim confessed to lying. I ultimately had no choice but to relinquish that attorney 1 day before my trial was scheduled to begin as I refused to accept a plea deal. I also realized the attorney I had hired was not ready to go to trial and no longer had confidence that she could properly represent me. That’s when I contacted Mr. Bernstein. After explaining my situation, he immediately agreed to represent me and appeared with me in court the very next day. We went to trial 30 days later and he was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. From the jury selection process, to the trial itself, everything he did was incredible. Not only did Robert have the prosecution witnesses help exonerate me, he also caught the Lead Detective lying multiple times in her police reports and previous testimony. Without a doubt I would have either accepted a horrible plea deal or been in prison had in not been for Robert.

I hired Robert to represent me in a criminal case after being referred to him by another attorney. I knew that Robert was the right attorney to handle my case from the first time I met him at his offices. He not only developed a great strategy, but sincerely cared for my well being. I was facing years in prison for distribution of drugs and I stupidly admitted my actions to the police. This did not leave much for a strong defense and keep me out of prison. Robert convinced me to deal with my substance issues and immediately enter treatment and rehab. Ultimately, Robert was able to convince the DA to reduce the charges and I received probation with ongoing counseling. Not only did Robert save me from prison, he saved my life by counseling me to get the help I needed to finally deal with my drug problem. He is a great attorney and a real gentlemen. I cannot thank him enough!
