Save yourself the time and money and choose a different insurance company. I was literally being robbed and taken advantage of. No one could ever explain why my bill kept going up. Was never informed of a cancelation notice on my account and now have a lapse after speaking to the agency three days before the cancelation. Bill kept going up I got fed up. So today I get a quote from a real insurance company and I am now paying $445 for a 6 month policy compared to the $240 a month I was paying with allstate. The agency and company are a total joke. Save yourself the headache and choose progressive or another more qualified company!

The key is writing down your car VIN number and having your lien holder info handy in advance. Billing was adjusted for the following month - painless! This agency has their act together! - Ron
