Determined to own another Harley Davidson motorcycle, before I die, as well as experiencing everything which goes with ownership of said machine; I made a checklist of several prerequisites on what Arizona dealership would get my business; over another offering the same exact product. I considered the dealership’s location in regard to my home. I was looking for a dealership which was conveinent to travel to and from. I considered the dealership’s parts department, and how professionally it was overseen by a friendly as well as exceptionally knowledgeable staff. I considered a motor-clothes department which was well stocked, and presented their products in a neat as well as organized manor. I also, to my liking, discovered the store employed a patient and friendly staff who enjoyed being of expert service to their customers, and dedicated to my personal satisfaction. The Arrowhead Harley Davidson Factory Store in Peoria, Arizona not only met my specific needs, but I was delighted to see there, many acknowledgements and awards for service to their customers, over other dealerships, which meant to me, that I was going to deal with a reputable firm as well as the employees who earned these accolades for their employer. Also, lastly but not in any way the least, I would not settle for any less than Harley Davidson, factory – trained motorcycle mechanical technicians to perform all future scheduled, and non scheduled maintenance on my new purchases. I can not say enough about the quality of service I have received so far by the employees of AHD. More than enough so, that I will continue to recommend them to everybody I speak with on the subject that does not know for themselves all ready. Well lets start with past experience from this Dealer I bought a 04 Ultra Classic New and had problem after problem with it so much that my service rep (Chris) would run and hide when i rode in I said i would never buy another bike from ArrowHead again the service was bad the sales people horrible to deal with that I Traded my 2004 for a 2008 Ultra I got from Stubbs found out Stubbs was no better then Arrowhead. So here we are years later 2015 I find my self at Arrowhead having my 08 looked at and the guys in service talked to me about my bike not down to me like i new nothing that was a plus and told me they could get to my bike right away if i wanted to wait that never happen before so why i waited I looked at the bikes (Dan) a salesman came over and we started talking about this Road Glide Spec I gave him the line was just looking to see if he would stay or walk away and he just kept talking about the bike well to make it short I wanted a Blue one they went to Tucson and got one same day and i bought it the whole experience was GREAT all the new people were great to the only down side is they still dont call u when your parts u order come in need to look into that but 5 Stars on the rest would buy again and send my friends there. I went in intending to buy a new bike. After negotiating to a price that was a little more than I wanted to pay I said I needed to think about. At that time the negotiated price was written on the paperwork for the offer. I returned a couple days later ready to accept the offer. After pulling up the paperwork with the original offer written on it the agreement was made and we shook hands on it. The salesperson and sales manager went to start the paperwork. After a few minutes the sales manager came back to me and told me he wasn’t going to honor the deal. He alluded to a mistake on their side and said there was no way they could sell the bike at the price we had agreed to. This was after the offer had been reviewed at least twice and had been discussed repeatedly. We had gotten to the point at which I was about to get my truck ready load up the bike. I have negotiated the price on several vehicles and have dealt with all sorts of dealers, some more ethical than others but this was a remarkable new standard. I negotiated the price on this bike in good faith expecting the same from the sales staff. That was a mistake on my part. Since this was my first experience with a Harley-Davidson dealer, I can only hope that this isn’t normal behavior.

I bought my 2015 Street Glide back in July and had a great buying experience. The salesman was very helpful and was able to answer all of my questions. I also had a good experience with the finance guy which was John. I purchased an extended warranty and a service warranty. I am now trying to sell my bike due to some financial issues. I went into Arrowhead Harley and was able to cancel my extended warranty but was told that I am not able to cancel the service warranty. Had this been explained to me in the beginning I would have never gotten it. This is the first time I have never been able to cancel a warranty. When I asked the the finance guy about cancelling the service warranty he asked for my service paperwork. I gave it to him and he highlighted the line stating that it was non cancel-able and then told me I should have read the fine print. How about the finance people be honest with their customers and tell them this prior to them buying it? No I am having to eat the cost of something I will not be able to use. Thanks for lining your own pockets instead of helping your customers when they are in a tight spot. I will never buy another bike from Arrowhead Harley.

I highly recommend Arrowhead Harley! Awesome staff and great selection of bikes and merchandise!!! I also wanted to thank, Trevor Flanagin who was my salesman and kept in great communication from the beginning and even after my purchase. The thing I loved about the staff at Arrowhead Harley is their knowledge and devotion to making your visit and purchases a memorable experience. I also want to thank Larry Davies for taking his time and thoroughly explaining each step. I never liked all the paperwork during a vehicle purchase, but he made it painless and knowledgeable. Another group I wanted to give high praises to are the Ladies in merchandising. Manager Andreanne took time to help me on my first purchase. Another knowledgeable associate was Michelle working with me to get the right gear. Thanks also to Lori for being so patient with me and helping with my leather and boots. My husband and I both have had wonderful even fun times buying from Arrowhead Harley. Our salesman, Chris Philips knows us by name and always says Hello. We were treated with respect and enjoyed our experiences. Nick in Service is Awesome, he goes that extra mile for his customers. He helped me purchase the right pipes to get the sound I wanted. Jon and Zarron in finance were great too. We even laughed and had a great time while signing finance documents. And the points and intensive are the way to go to get Harley merchandise at the best price. Tonya in the clothing department is very helpful, she went beyond what a type saleswoman does when I bought my Harley jacket. And the Harley credit card is the best. 0% interest for 12months then it goes to 3.25%!!!!! We are enjoying our new rides and will definitely purchase from Arrowhead again. Thanks to all !!

My husband and I both ride; we have visited multiple Harley shops as many of us have. However, this dealership has been absolutely wonderful to work with. After 2.5 years of talking with different dealerships and being treated poorly we have found a dealership that actually treat you as if you matter. I would like to say thank you to the Parts and Service Departments. More specifically ZACH in the service department. He is genuine and knowledgeable of what he has found that works best for different bikes. If you want to talk with someone who will do BEST by you then go straight to ZACH! Arrowhead Harley proved to be most awesome for my 1st NEW Harley buying experience. Danny Foss was great, knowledgeable and straight-forward. Larry in Financing was just great and worked with me until I could ride off the showroom floor. John who helped me sign all the paperwork was amazing....Stacy the sales manager helped to work out the details to make sure I was getting the deal that fit my budget. From everyone in Parts and Service in the Garage to the Receptionist that made my new buying announcement and welcomed me to the family it was AMAZING! I recommend Arrowhead Harley to everyone! Went there to get parts and received horrible service. The guys behind the counter, cannot look a part up in the book and find a correct one to save there lives. I went there for buell parts, and they ordered the wrong ones, when i went back to exchange those wrong parts i once again received wrong parts for my bike. And the third time i went back there to simply get my money back they treated me with attitude that really was un-professional. I will NEVER shop or do ANY type of business with Arrowhead Harley Davidson/Buell.

I prequalified on line so it made the process go a bit quicker. Our salesman wanted to make sure that we came in when the general managers were there so we could get the best deal for ourselves. I was pressed for time and they tried to accommodate me as quickly as possible. They sent me an e mail and called to confirm that it would be a good time for us. We had a good experience. I would have rather not had to rush through it but that was my schedule and they worked with it. Deb was very attentive as well.

SERVICE DEPT.Zach Elgart no matter how big or small my question or problem is, he is always ready to answer and give me the best solution for my budget or problem. He always makes me want to come back and makes the service experience as stressless as possible. He relates any information given to him by the technician as soon as possible and keeps me worry free. In the apparel section of the dealership, Lori helped my wife select her first HD helmet, jacket, and boots. Again, knowledgable, professional, and no pressure. My wife and I purchased a cvo ultra limited on 9/24/2016. My salesman was Brian and Chad Riddle was the sales manager. The whole experience was memorable in a great way. Once everything was finalized the whole crew from finance on down were incredibly friendly and made the purchase that more enjoyable. Jeremy Tan as always came through for me, Got my bike in short notice and I got it back the next day,and under estimate, when I called to let him know I was on the way(1.5 hour out) and asked if he could work me in for a all three oil change, he worked it in, only had to wait an extra half hour. The whole staff is always friendly and professional. Kudos to George and Jerry in parts. they are a great help.
