Had them for payroll for 4 years. They kept over $100k in taxes that they did not pay. After 3 years of dealing with this they still owe $4k that they keep trying to get the Irs to waive instead of them paying it and will not return any emails or calls from us. Because of Osbourne we have had several liens placed on our company that is taking years to get removed. Highly recommend staying away from this company!!!
