While holding a position as an RN Case Manager and nationally certified wound care nurse I made one error that nearly cost me my 33 year career. I had been fighting the Accusation without legal counsel for one year and was quickly losing ground with the BRN. I saw the writing on the wall and called Sam to help me surrender my license. Four years ago I ran into some trouble with the law and received a DUI. Not sure what to do, I found a lawyer to help me. GET AN UNBEATABLE RESULT USING SPITAL & ASSOCIATES I highly recommend Sam Spital and Elizabeth Brady to anyone who is dealing with administrative law issues. Both Sam and Elizabeth are exceptionally knowledgeable about all of the complicated and often frustrating issues one deals with when faced with problems in medical board licensing. I contacted Mr. Spital via email with a question about a license reinstatement for a friend. He did not know me nor did he know I was an attorney. I received a telephone call within 45 minutes of sending that email, with a voice mail message and a follow up email. When I returned his call he immediately answered my call, and spoke with me for about 20 minutes. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and honest. Most attorneys would not spend that amount of time on the phone and would charge for the information he gave me. I am very impressed by his sincerity, and his desire to assist his clients.
