I disagree with the poor ratings, although the branches are slim pickings, I enjoy the depth of services that this Bank offers. Many of my clients have international business needs, and are small business owners, this is a perfect, small town feel, yet international presence. For anyone doing business in the Caribbean, South America, or Western Europe, this is a bank to look into....Strong in South American Financial Markets, through its sister Banks.. It is expanding its presence into California, so Branches are a bit scarce, but worth the trip. For my clients, an extra few minutes once in a while , is worth the experience that they can provide you. On line banking takes care of the mundane transactions....pdm

The major problem with this bank is that there is no bank manager at this location, and as a result it is run by unqualified bankers who are untrained/confused on company policies, and in the basics of customer services (Luis Rodriguez is the particularly rude individual who was in charge when I visited). As there are no other branches nearby, I had not choice but to switch banks to Chase and Wells Fargo in order to be able to make a withdrawal. From 20 years of experience, I can say that BBVA Compass is a wonderful bank nationwide, but this branch is horrendously mismanaged and particularly rude. Would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Worst customer service ever. I cannot EVER get customer service on the phone.Wait times exceed 1 to 2 hours. SO I called the branch and they wont help.They tell you to call customer service. This place is archaic. I have NEVER had an NSF...I received one in Error and they would not reverse it. BTW it is Illegal to charge over $25 for an NSF....Compass bank charges $38 BTW NO 24 hour customer service/NO Customer service at all on the weekends. Horrible.

The idea of online banking sounds great but the moment you call customer service, they will not help you at all. They all have conflicting stories and no one is ever able to help you. You are better off opening an account with a major bank. They will hang up on you if they cannot figure it out!!!! You have been warned. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK!!

Great bank there tek is up to date only down side is how many locations there are but rumor has it there going to buy out bank of the west
