Horrible experience, I came for my temporary handycap placard. They made me walk all the way to the front even tough I am on crutches. The they did not take my paperwork because of a small typo. I came back with the corrected form and they literally closed the door as I was walking towards it (5:03 PM), they close at 5 PM. I am not renewing my membership because of my experience today. Do not go here.

Not good experience at teh Downey branch. Came just to pick up my travel documents but had to wait for a long time while the agents busy talking with members. Someone or the receptionist should be able to handle this.
