I met my Lawyer, Elena Elizabeth Tsiprin while visiting her for a different case. She mentioned she also deals with accident cases. I had been an accident the year before. I was feeling lost and as if no one could help me with the pain I was feeling. I did not know my rights and believed that I was going to have to live with pain for the rest of my life. I later met with Elena Elizabeth Tsiprin regarding my accident and she assured me that I had the right to seek further medical attention. I ended up having surgery to repair a tear in my shoulder. This required a great deal of recovery time. My case took time, but Elena explained every step to me. She was always willing to take my calls when I had concerns and her team was always helpful and friendly. She fought to make sure that all of my medical bills covered as well as the finances to cover further Physical Therapy and more. I would recommend Elena Elizabeth Tsiprin for any accident case.

I am currently using this firm and looking to see if I can cancel my contract with them. The paralegal I am working with does not seem to be worth very much. 1st of she failed to read the police report that had crucial information and not to mention she cant seem to return a phone call. I understand that they have a lot on their plate but a week should be more than sufficient time! I have yet to meet Elena and hope that she does something about this specific paralegal cause although I was referred to this firm, I will not be referring to anyone.
