abandoned by contracted law firm just days before trial without notice. I hired morgan and morgan law firm in may of 2014 just days after my slip and fall accident, the case went from attorney joseph r** in Lexington to larry a****** in bowling green ky. we had a jury trial scheduled and attorney larry a****** was not prepared for trial and the firm actually had the nerve to request I fire them days before court and then never heard another word from them, I received a call from the defense attorney wanting to settle being I was no longer represented and I told him that was news to me. I tried to call my attorney, email my attorney and then even tried to call the main office in Florida to speak with one of the Morgans themselves, but of course I never got a call back. I was left to defend for myself against the aggressive defense attorney and then was told to seek legal representation for legal malpractice

I would like to thank Morgan & Morgan and staff for their assistance in getting my out of pocket money that the Pip did not pay for after accident. Since the other parties insurance alluded that they would have to consider if other medical bills were valid, I knew I needed help from someone. It is difficult to deal with an opposing insurance and my was no help at all after Pip ran out for medical costs. Individuals need help in these circumstances and I certainly did not know myself how to handle the situation since you are often at the mercy of opposing insurance. My experience has not been a good one. I have had them working on my SS with a attorney in Florida. After several months I have never spoke to the attorney on my case. This is the first time I used them,but second time I have been denied. I have to wait six months before I can file. Sorry no help to me.
