I have had my home and autos insured by Farmers with agent Matt Honeycutt for over 20 years. I am happy to say that the customer service I receive from Matt well beyond AAA-Plus! Matt has always gone that extra mile to be certain that all of my insurance needs has been meet and on several occasions has reached out to me in order to show me costs saving measures while still reducing any possible liability exposure. Anytime I have had the need to discuss my insurance needs with Matt it has always felt as if I were talking with a friend or family member who truly had my best interests at heart as opposed to just another agent. For those who are reading this review I would highly recommend that you take a minute and simply have Matt review your current insurance coverage and compare to what he may be able to offer.
