I am the owner of a home that closed Thursday March 31 at 0830. The payment was apparently wired to the wrong title company. As of now the money has not been found. Instead of rewiring the money and figuring THEIR mistake out I am being charged interest daily on the pay off. The lender agent was incredibly unprofessional when I spoke to him. I would not recommend them from any standpoint. They do not appear to have all their ducks in a row.

I spoke with Perquisha in Customer Service - by far the rudest person I have ever dealt with. Terrible customer service, states she does not have a supervisor and refused to transfer me. I hope that someone in leadership sees this review.
