I have been a customer for over 24 years. I have had a few bad experiences, but the majority of time I am very very satisfied with your service. This last week, for the first time ever I received a phone call from a Point West representative asking if I had received an offer for a loan. I had, but did not take advantage of the offer. The gentleman was very respectful and asked if there was anything else they could do for me. Thank You for the customer service call.
Over the years, most of the time I have appreciated their service. I have also had some real goofs with them--they appear to be pretty slow responding to issues on accounts. I have also found that some of the service that they contract for out of the credit union is not helpful nor adequate. I have considered transferring my account several time, but have not wanted the hassle, so I live with a few of the less-than-perfect services of Point West.

Good service, competent people, community involvement, low fees, a commitment to green by encouraging autopay, paperless statements, and online banking. Eco-checking has unbeatable rates. Lending rates are lower than competitors, and fees are much lower and more easily avoided than most bank fees. Downside is that this place serves a lot of members and can get pretty busy at rush hour.
I love this place. The staff is helpful. I hardly go in to the credit union since they have other ways for me to access my account.
Short staffed. Long lines. Witnessed 2 highly angry customers about different things at the moment I walked in.
