We just got a brand new Lennox system installed and wanted to share the great service and professionalism Pardee Service Experts gave us. First I have to say what a relief it was to have Robert come out to our property and assess the situation in such a timely fashion and how genuine he was in trying to get us up and running as we did not have any heating or air at the time. After Robert came to the house and assessed the existing setup, he came up with a plan and timeline that fit our needs and resulted in a brand new system that would not require major renovations/alterations. We received several quotes from other companies before Pardee came out and none of them seemed to have the experience or knowledge of how to resolve our current setup without having to make significant changes/renovations. This included installing a system in the attic, mini-split systems, or an all in one system outside which would have resulted in third parties getting involved to make structural changes. All of which we were not interested in due to the significant cost and time involved with the alterations/changes that would have needed to be done. What sold us on Pardee is that they were able to install a new system with our current setup without having to do ANY major renovations/improvements and it would done in just a few days. Additionally Pardee has been in the heating and air business a long time with a national reputation you can trust, they stand behind their work, have highly qualified technicians and sales representatives and have outstanding customer service. We even had another heating & air company refer us to Pardee because he knew that they had the knowledge and experience to deal with our unique situation. I can’t say enough about the expert installation Thomas and Clive performed and the installation and setup exceeded my expectations. There were also very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions during the installation process. The new system is working great and it’s amazing how quiet it is compared to our older system. I highly recommend Pardee Service Experts to anybody in need of heating & cooling services. The company did a great job. We had 50+ year old ducts attached to our heat pump system, full of rust and holes, mold and dust. I suffer from allergies and this was an ongoing health concern. Three companies had previously turned us down because our crawl space is low. Pardee resolved all our problems, including the fact that our heat pump system, which had been installed by another company several years previously, was the wrong size unit (too large) for the small leaky ducts that we had, thus causing additional moisture and mold in our home.. The new ducts Pardee installed were larger to match our 3-ton unit and the installers cut an additional vent into one of our rooms so that there would be no excess moisture. The previous company had also placed the UV light in our air changer in the wrong place, thus causing corrosion in our filters - thus we needed to replace those also. My husband and I are very appreciative for the intelligent, friendly approach and the excellent service provided by Pardee - from the sales manager Robert, the duct installers Brandon and Guy, and the service guy Chris who cleaned and repaired our system. We will definitely be sticking with this company!
Great Company to work with ! Friday night I heard a strange squealing sound from my the fan on my AC. I promptly called Pardee. The operator scheduled a technician to come by that night. A short time later, the technician -- Clarence Beich -- called and we discussed the problem. When Clarence arrived, he diagnosed that the exhaust fan on my outdoor unit had bad bearings and needed to be replaced. Clarence had the foresight to pack a compatible fan in his truck after my initial discussion with him over the phone and quickly replaced the old fan !! Great job Pardee !! Great work Clarence -- to come prepared to fix the problem quickly and efficiently !! Previous experience was GREAT ALSO !! My AC went out on a Sunday evening. I called and got great assistance from the dispatcher ! The Service Manager - Mark Hoadley --even called me back personally ! Lindell Fritchey quickly found the problem and repaired the unit ! While he was onsite, he performed proactive diagnostic checks on the rest of the unit to insure that it would work well into the future ! Thanks to all at Pardee !! GREAT SERVICE !!
I am extremely pleased with the service Danny provided. Not only did he perform the applicable services requested, but took the time to answer my MANY questions about the entire HVAC system. He broke down the components of functionality so that I am now able to make a more informed decision about the multiple system options for my home; including air filtration, insulation, and A/C system upgrades. He also took pictures of the unit (no other company has ever done that) and surrounding area, which was very helpful, and called his office twice to gather additional information I requested. He even offered to change my air filter and clean the vent! I appreciate his knowledge, patience, and excellent manners. Danny is definitely an asset to Pardee, and a fine representative of the standards to which a company should hold its employees, and reward them accordingly. I would certainly recommend them to others for HVAC services. I will continue to do business with Pardee as a direct result of my experience today!
Danny, the Pardee technician, was knowledgeable about the products he was recommending we purchase. He was very patient and took the time needed to explain to my father, Neale Baugh, and me the mechanics of the system and the benefits of making this additional investment. He educated me in how to install the new type of filter. He was considerate and personable. He cleaned up after the job was completed. Our only suggestions are: 1) that he could speak more slowly with very elderly customers, such as my father, and 2) that he could have given us the brochure about the product at the beginning, rather than at the end (after I asked for a copy of what he had been referring to when talking with us). I have an easier time comprehending information if I can see it as well as hear it. Thank you, Danny. We hope we will see the benefits of this new system. We would like to request that Danny be the technician for our future service.
Had called Pardee a month ago and a service technician came out on a Sunday. He got my unit running again, but it was short lived. I had to call Pardee to come back today, secondary to same issues. This service technician, Victor, was top notch! He took the time and worked hard to unclog a blockage in my drain pipe, saving me unnecessary expense of re-routing a new drain line. He explained everything when I asked questions and was patient with me in making decisions on a failing capacitor. I chose to have the capacitor replaced today, because Victor was honest and compassionate in his work...I wanted him to be the technician to replace it. Out of all the technicians who have come to my house over the years to service the AC unit, Victor Burbage #361, has worked the hardest to assure that the problems were fixed...not just a temporary fix. Pardee you are fortunate to have such a conscientious employee like Victor Burbage.
Patrick, Danny, Clarence and Shawn worked long and hard to put in our new AC and heating systems. They explained what they were doing and made it clear that the work in the attic would take time due to the structure of our building. Robert came to help lift the heating unit into the attic. The team completed all the tasks with skill and persistence, finishing late in the evening rather then leave us without heat or AC. Robert was extremely helpful by describing and evaluating our options including the addition of solar panels. He is friendly, open and able to explain complex issue clearly and without pressure. The team cleaned up all the packing materials and briefed us on the use of the new thermostat. We are pleased with this service, including the earlier inspection that identified the need for new systems.
Guy and Branden installed our new duct system - 3 day job completed on time on Oct. 30th.. They were punctual, polite and professional. Thanks to their discovery of a water leak under my kitchen area, I was able to have that problem taken care of the next day.. Shalaya conducted our routine maintenance on Oct. 16th, she actually went under the house and checked on everything pertaining to the new A/C unit. She advised us to have the existing duct work checked. She also gave advice on how to protect the unit from leaf fall. I hope she does our next inspection.. Robert Vincelli advised us on the purchase of the A/C unit and the dehumidifier needed for our house (March) and the new duct work installed in October. We were impressed with his concern and expertise and would not hesitate to call him in the future..
We have had service contracts on 3 units for 11 years and Pardee has always been responsive when needed and the technicians have always been well qualified. We recently bought a new system from them and after two months had a problem. Naturally, we were not real pleased. They responded immediately and their Technician, Lindell Fritchey, immediately diagnosed the cause and resolved the problem. The fault was not in the unit but was caused by an external problem. Mr. Fritchey displayed not only technical skills but diplomatic skills as we negotiated the cost of this service call on a new unit. The issue was settled to all parties satisfaction!! We continue to be happy customers.
After working in the yard all day Friday in 100 degree heat I discovered my AC was not working upon entering the house. I called after hours and was able to set up an appointment for a Saturday service call. The service technician, Lindell Fritchey, arrived at my house during the specified time of the service call. Before Lindell even got out of the truck he pretty much knew what the problem was; a bad capacitor was preventing the outside unit from starting. After testing the capacitor to confirm that it was bad, he promptly went to his truck and got a new one. After installing the new capacitor the unit fired right up. My house in now cool as a cucumber. Thanks Lindell!
Buyer Beware! We are selling a condo and using Pardee due to association contracts. On their first maintenance call, told us we needed a $275 repair. After that repair they informed us we needed a compressor for almost $1500. Still not working they are now telling us we need a circuit board for $300. We have a certificate for the age of the unit, which was installed in 2012. They are claiming it is a 2009 unit. They know we need a working unit to close. Trying not to be suspicious, but amazing that we are still fixing a unit after paying almost $1800 and now they want $300 more. At this point would not recommend this company for any repair or install work.
On Wednesday we had our semi-annual check up. We had a problem with a malfunctioning vent. Shawn, who was our tech, needed to get a part for it. Even with that, the time spent on our visit was minimal and did not interfere with our day. Shawn was extremely courteous and professional. He took time to explain what had happened, which I appreciated. He was very neat and took great pains not to track in any pollen as I explained I have allergy issues and asthma. Shawn should be complimented for doing his job as a professional but also as a person who treats clients like he would like to be treated. He is a huge asset to your company.
I would like to say a big "Thank You" to Pardee Service Experts for their prompt and professional service. My a/c stopped working on Thursday, 07/21and I called Pardee. My technician, David, arrived when promised on Friday morning. He was very thorough in explaining to me what the problem was and how to correct it. Even though my unit is 9 years old, he took the time to see if repairs were covered under warranty. Although not covered, I appreciate the extra effort. Luckily, he was able to get parts and complete repairs the same day. I will definitely recommend Pardee to anyone who needs HVAC service. Thanks again!
Do NOT do business with this company. We set up a service call and they did some very minor work. We were appalled at the quote (it was a 300% markup on parts and high on the labor). We paid in full over the phone based on the quote they gave us for completed work. We never got an invoice and our card statement showed that they charged us $99 over the amount we authorized. We called and we were sent an invoice with a 99$ credit on the overcharge. Two months later we got a collection letter for uncollected debt of 99$. These people are CROOKS, do NOT trust them with your business or your charge card.
