Kemba does not offer automatic ACH payments for minimum monthly balance for its credit card payments from another bank. This is not a service they offer at KEMBA. I am very upset with the service I have received from Kemba. They need to offer more options, better technology, and better service. In addition to the above issue, they also did not offer their email signatures in the secure message center online, which was very impersonal. They are not upfront at all with their customers, and definiately not personal as I expect a credit union should be. They would also always try to sell me something, which I am used to from Chase banking (lol). Due to their bad service, I am considering refinancing my auto loan with another bank that offers better service and better technology. Kemba has a ways to go.
Best banking experience by far! I have been with KEMBA for almost 3 years. I have banked with (and worked for) multiple larger well known banks and KEMBA is hands down the best in every category!
Love this bank. The employees are very nice. Lines are never too long and move quickly.
