BE CAREFUL!!! The reviews below are requested by National Debt Relief upon program sign up after customers are sold a dream plan. Their sales tactic is to tell you what you want to hear to enroll you and get you to start paying them to “help” with your debt but what they don’t tell you is that they will charge you an additional fee of 25% of your OVERALL total debt in addition to their monthly fees to actually settle an account. I gave them a shot, I had a few accounts, One of them with a balance of about $1,350 I agreed to a settlement offer of about $450, which is great, thinking my monthly fee was covering all costs, however, National Debt Relief charged an additional $350 for having reached a settlement offer out of my deposited money. I cancelled my subscription & called the company they settled with and found out they are willing to settle directly with me instead of through a 3rd party company for the same amount. I could’ve used the $350 they charged me to pay other accounts I owe. Don’t waste your money paying a company for something you can do for free! They’re a Rip Off! If you have the money to throw away, then go ahead but trust me, collection agencies are willing to settle & set up low monthly installments at no cost! Don’t waste your money! This company is taking advantage of people in despair and it’s not right! PS: Although I cancelled my membership and the settlements cancelled as well, I was unable to get a refund of the almost $700 I deposited, they only paid $100 all together to 2 of my collection accounts. They pocketed $600 and refuse to issue a refund Thiefs!!!

After much research I decided to go with National debt Relief because of their customer service. I had dwindled my options to three consolidation companies and the first one was good and gave me a quote but the person I was talking gave me minimal information on the whole process and then I called National Debt and the person I spoke to Jonathan who walked me through the whole process. He discussed the pros and cons of the program and made me feel at ease. I looked up both companies under the Better Business Bureau and NDR and the other company had complaints, however, the other company had many complaints left open and not resolved while NDR had resolved almost all their complaints. I found that to be reassuring. After 4 months on the program I received my first settlement. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because I have a few more years left on the program and will feel better once mostly all my debt is settled.

I just finished paying my first creditor off with National Debt Relief. I was happy with getting the debt paid at about half the price. I was surprised when more funds were being taken from my account afterwards. I found out that along with the monthly fees (nominal fees, not much) there is an additional 21% (of the original debt) processing fee collected by National Debt Relief for each debt they settle. In other words, if they were to settle a $1000 original debt for $500, you will pay the $500 + $210 (to NDR)= $710 + other monthly fees. Yes you save 30% off your original debt, which is good. But not the 50% they boast about. I am still sticking with the program but I am disappointed.

Well, this has been a blessing for me and my husband we are new to the program and have 2 accounts already under settlement pymt agreements as well as possibly 4-5 in the next month to come. We have been in program since estimated May 2016. We may have 4 years max, yet that does not mean we cannot finish all settlements by 2-3 years time. Credit reporting drops scores roughly 100 pts then once each settled agreement account comes a few pts so essentially it takes the program and 6mos to 2yrs to get scores higher than 650 or so when coming in at 614 for example. All and all NDR is a great company and works well with helping families get out of financial crisis. Thanks from the Toppers.

There are no words to describe my entire experience with National Debt Relief. Before National Debt I was paying over $800 a month in credit card bills. From day one they were there with me every step of the way and every time I spoke to a Representative they were kind and compassionate and would do anything to help me figure out how to manage my accounts. On one such occasion, I got the privilege to speak to an amazing human being by the name of Yrianna who listened to me with compassion. She was personable and so kind. She helped me in more ways than one and I will be forever grateful to have had the pleasure of speaking with her. Thank you so much Yrianna.

At first I was real skeptical about this company or any company that says they will help you resolve your credit. I talk to Matt and he was awesome and even though he pulled my leg a little. I went ahead with the program and left it in God hands. On June 26th I received a called from the debt relief saying they resolved one of my credit card. It was 7,000 and they talked them down to 2,000! So now I have 3 more to go! This company is the best company out there. I would say do your research on anything you do. National Debt Relief lived up to their standards and are true to their word.

I considered their program, after I read the agreement and did not want to proceed as they were charging 20% fees and my credit would tank and I would get collectors after me etc, I decided this was not what I was looking for. I politely emailed Drew Nunez emailed me daily and called multiple times including 10pm waking up the household. I am reaffirmed that I made the right choice by this kind of behavior from a representative of the company. I have blocked their calls, after I called and complained and emailed the rep and am blocking them as well.

National Debt Relief already settled 2 of my 3 accounts. I cant believe what they did. I as so happy with them that I would recommend them to everyone. I researched about 6 of these types of services before I signed on and felt National Debt Relief was the one to go with. So happy I did. I recommend you only use this service when there is no possible way to pay your debts. I had a very bad situation where I had no choice. Always do your BEST to pay your bills. Thank you for helping me National Debt Relief.

Because of the debt load I had and the desire to retire it, I reached out to National Debt Relief. I found them in a search for a reliable firm that would aid me in this effort. To date they have done everything they promised and a bit more by keeping me posted on progress and contacting me to see if there is anything else they can help with. I have found them to be most reliable and up front with all my dealings . Thank you National Debt Relief for the peace of mind and your excellent service.

I went from needing to pay my individual creditors over $2000 a month and never having a cent in my savings to now only having to pay $500 a month and being able to live the life that I want knowing that my debt is being taken care of. The Customer Service is Amazing, the team here treats you right and can answer any questions you have. I highly recommend this company to anyone that is struggling with their debt. I am going through the process right now but I have already saved thousands of dollars.

So far so good. I was getting a little discouraged with the slow start but things have started to get settled and I am looking forward to being done with the debt I had gotten into. The representatives have never been rude or made me feel awful for having my life take a different turn and for me being unable to settle the debt myself. I am hopefully that things will get resolves and I will be able to turn my credit score around and be debt free relatively quickly.

I highly recommend this program to anyone that is in alot of credit card debt. One year into the program for me and a huge amount of debt has been paid off for alot less than the actual balances were originally. I am so glad i chose national debt relief to get me out of my frustrating financial situation.

I worked at National Debt relief for about two months. It was the worst possible boiler room, like 500 slaves in a tin can. Management used threats and intimidation to force you to make cold calls. Most of the leads were garbage and got themselves into trouble because of bad decisions. The entire focus is on sell at all costs. You can get out of debt on your own if you work at it. If you are thinking of working here, avoid this company like the plague.

I spoke with Erik today and he was exceptional! Very friendly, genuinely interested in our story and eager to help us. He was specific, blunt (in a good way) and thorough throughout the process. There was never a point in speaking with him that I felt he was withholding information, good or bad, and believed him when he said we could contact him for any reason. I look forward to continuing to work with this company to help my family relieve some stress!

Complete Scam. Do not contract with this company. They are fast talking and fast to take your money but DO NOT DELIVER. Their Mr Clancy and Ms Goldstein represent them selves as professionals but do NOT negotiate with creditors. This company ripped me off for over $8,000.00 and never even contacted the creditor. There is now a collection account on my credit report and the creditor has filed a lawsuit I must defend. Do not deal with these people!!!!!!

They are spammers who refuse to stop contacting me despite my clear requests to be removed from their contacts. I have never had any dealings with them, they want me to advertise for them on the website I manage for an educational institution and seem willing to harass me until I do so. It has been going on for over six months now. I can only imagine how horrible they would be if I tried to cancel using their so-called "service."

I have been in debt for the longest and when I started working with National Debt Relief, it felt like something has been lifted off my shoulders. Now I make one payment a month which will eventually be used to settle all my debts. So far one debt has been settled and it save me hundreds of dollars. I really appreciate it very much and looking forward to being debt free at the end of the program. Good work National Debt Relief

Honesty, high integrity and the ability to admit a mistake and make it right is how I can describe James in quality control, customer service and there legal team. This group worked hard to get the opposing counsel to settle, which was the easy part. They also got the opposing council to cancel a wage garnishment that was suppose to take effect in one week. I made the right decision by trusting them to negotiate for me.
