I went into the local Annapolis USAA Center to get a check. I was told the funds I had transferred into my account online would require 5 business days before I could access them. The previous day I was told by the person at the 800 number that the funds would be ready and available when I went in to the center. When I got home I checked the bank from which I transferred the funds and the funds had been taken. I called the 800 line again and was told there was not a problem so I went ahead and did a wire transfer. There appears to be a disconnect between the local Annapolis Center and the online services. It cost me twenty dollars for the wire (but at least I moved the funds) and a little more than an hour of driving to and from. I have been a member for over 25 years. I give the local service two stars.
My first negative review as well. I had some pressing business to take care of, and the customer service rep directed me to this branch which is over an hour away. I drive all the way down to Annapolis, pay two dollars for parking, walk around the corner, only to find a sign saying the bank was closed due to impending weather. Nothing on the website indicated this, and neither did customer service say anything. The weather was clear, and I could see closing early, but all day?
The ATM always down..everytime i go and needs important like deposit..it will always DOWN..is there any body can maintain a good service for that machine in that area..and can u add a more ATM machine..that can u make deposit..yeah some store yes there is but only for withdrawal not more transaction...You need to make more improvement about service since it was build up still the same system never put more ATM nor branch can make u do tranction...
This place is an absolute joke.. I have been dealing with them for over a month after my accident and can not get a return phone call from my adjuster. I have left messages for him for 2 weeks, my mother has left messages as well as my insurance adjuster. I have never delt with such unprofessionalism in my life! I would never recommend this company to anyone.
USAA has been my bank since 2007 and they have served me quite well from personal banking to vehicle claims. There are a few hiccups here and there especially when being tossed around from one department to another. Nevertheless, they get the job done. Only if you could have the right number to get your task out of the way.
Impressed with the efficient courteous attention to the insurance needs of our USNA son. Excellent service, the manager established a relationship with our Plebe, he owns his policy and understands his coverage, we stepped aside with pride. Thank you!
Trying to deposit a check into a members account, and getting a very frustrating phone tree runaround to see whether that is even doable at this financial center. NOT able to use the ATM for this type of transaction.
Never had a problem with this USAA location. I do have insurance for our family vehicles. I do my personal banking and investing here also. Most everyone I have dealt with have been very professional and great.

This awesome branch stayed open long after closing hours because the atm was broken.
Great customer service, but had to travel a ways just to use the ATM for a deposit.
