I just recently purchased a car here a Chevy Cruz. I have had nothing but issues with my car. I had to take it to the actual Chevrolet Dealer because when I tried to take it to Butler Kia where I purchased it after only having it 7 days they would not look at it. I was told after it was put on computer test that the alternator was bad. I then told them this and they said "they can not sell a car without checking it out." I tried to take it another time and they said the same thing and wanted to charge me to look at it after not even having it a month. This car has shut off on me while driving three times which has put my son and my life in danger each time. I took it to a cheverlet dealer and they explained that it is looking like a lemon they wanted to look deeper but that would have cost another $400. I contacted the attorney generals office about this matter. This is sad my mother recommended me here. I also had to call today because they did not take the down payment off my loan. On my paperwork it says they took the 1,000 off on Wells Fargo it is the full amount of the loan without my down payment.

We bought our FIRST Kia (Sedona) back in 2007 from Butler and had a very pleasant experience. Kinda funny because we went in there being defensive because of the way we were treated at other dealerships. However, we got paired with an amazing salesman who put us at ease! We promised ourselves we would never buy another car from anyone other than Butler Kia.....EVER! This experience we had on Wednesday, Aug 11, 2010 was one for the record books! Paul (dimples) helped us out so much and was very thorough in explaining things. He was funny, pleasant and a breath of fresh air! We traded our van in to downsize for a Soul....we love it too! Paul (dimples) took care of everything for us. He even sat with us in the car before we left to show us how Sirius sat radio works, how the settings work and explained in detail about syncing the phone to the car! How many salesmen do that? YOU ROCK PAUL....as well as your dimples!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :))))))))))))))))))) We will DEFINITELY be back!!!!

HORRIBLE customer service in the service department. I made an appointment over a week in advance. When I brought my car in, I was not told they did not have the appointment in the system. They said they would have my estimate BEFORE noon. Come after 1PM, still no word and it had not been assessed. They attempted to transfer blame to the customer, saying there was no female workers scheduling appointments (I had scheduled with a woman). As a first time client, there was no way for me to know that and I was given no apology for lack of honesty or service. This place is horrible if you want honest and time efficient service.

Do not SHOP here... I own a 2011 kia forte. I was in an accident in August 2011 & did not get my car back until December 2011. Before the accident the car had to be serviced for 3 issues, and since getting the car back it has continued to have problems. Their customer service to say the least is lacking. I thought with the purchase of a BRAND new car, issues like this would be minimal & would be quickly corrected. I now feel as though I am trapped with a car & dealership I wish I never got involved with! And they do not properly explain their loan practices, and will promise you the moon and the stars!
My overall experience at Butler Kia in Indianapolis was great. Andrew Lascano did a great job. He was straight forward with me and I thank him for all of his hard work. It far exceeded my expectations, especially considering the issues we had at Skillman. Thank you for turning my first car buying experience into a positive one! I will remember that forever, and everyone that I know considering a Kia I will be sure to send your way! You treated me like a friend today, versus treating me like a pocket book at Skillman. You guys have, hands down, won our business. Thank you!
One salesman in particular could not be bothered to provide basic information to move towards a sale. Once the GM was involved, along with a new salesman, we had all questions answered and a great deal. Finance attempted to pull a $2000+ sale price increase at signing, beware. The GM quickly resolved this issue. (4 star start: half deducted for finance, full star deducted for extremely poor salesman, half star added for quality of service & recovery of relationship from GM, full star added for an exceptional price).

I was shocked to see these reviews when I looked online - I had the opposite experience with Butler, it was quite a pleasure. I just bought a new Kia Soul from Butler Kia, and I will say that throughout the sales process they were easy to deal with. The salesmen went out of their way to be nice and courteous and I compared them to other Indianapolis Kia Dealers on price, and they were the lowest, so overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend!
This was a really good experience for my wife and I. We know what we wanted to see and the vehicle was ready and waiting for us. Our salesman was outstanding. We felt he was honest and very helpful. We were also, pleased with the finance end of it. We are very hopeful that the service department is as great as the rest of our experience there when the time comes. I will post a review after I experience that part. We strongly recommend Butler to anyone!
I wanted to express my appreciation for the time and professionalism that Buller Kia provided specifically, Dion a Sales Associate and Mark the General Manager. While I ultimately did not purchase a Kia vehicle, they did loan out (for free) a new car I was highly interested in for two days to get better feel for the drive. I did not know that was possible and appreciate the opportunity along with the great customer service.
We just moved from Chicago and a few days later went to Napleton Kia of Carmel hoping to maybe trade in our old Mazda. Little that we know, car buying with out-of-state documents is a lot more work. Daniel Hernandez greeted us with smile and helped us with the documents and everything until we were able to drive out the new Kia Soul that we were hoping to get. I recently purchased a 2014 Kia Sorento from Butler Kia of Indianapolis and it was so great!!!! Kevin Echegaray was my sales person and he was very attentive to my wants and followed through on every aspect of the transaction! He explained all of the ins and outs of the car as well. I will defiantly be going back to Kevin for my next car purchase!!!
bought a 2110 kia sorento from this dealer a year later went back to buy another one paid cash for !st one was going to pay cash for second my salesman from ist car did not call me back manager did not call me back finally went to ray skillman kia where i was able to get deal done honestly probably the most lacking dealership in town
Well I have to say that I just bought a new Kia sportage. I am thrilled with The service provided by Daniel Hernandez and the napleton group. I have to say my buying experience has been more than exciting just perfect. I would highly recommend other people to buy a Kia from this location and from Daniel Hernandez.

Custmor service stinks , there rude , and when I went to look for someone too ask a ??? they were just standing around talking, for over an hour , I asked if my car was ready they said yes and pulled it out , all was wrong was a nail in my tire. it took over an hour an for that.
My wife and I had a wonderful experience in purchasing a 2013 Ford Flex. Even though the dealer was with Kia, the salesperson (Shawn Johnson) was very knowledgeable. We will always bring our friends and family down to Butler Kia for their new car needs. Kudos to all involved.

I just bought a 2010 Kia Forte, and I am very pleased with Butler. They have awesome incentives, and I got a bargain on my great new car! my salesman (Paul) was awesome to work with. They were all very understanding, and easy going. I highly recommend them!
Had a check customer service experience. Was looking to lease a car and they went thru each option so I understood. I’ve been to other dealerships that aren’t willing to explain the details. I applauded a dealership with a team that is willing to do so.
I received great service when I recently purchased my car. Daniel was very friendly and helpful. All of the staff was quite wonderful. They made sure that I could approach them but did not become pushy and overbearing. I greatly appreciated this.
I just got my Toyota corolla a week back and so far I am really happy with the car. I liked the deals they had on used cars and I think they had deals for every price range. The only thing that I did not like was the wait time to get things done.

I called them numerous times to get more information on a car I had seen online, I spoke to several different people and each time I called I was hung up on.
Dion was extremely helpful in finding the right vehicle for my family. He was patient and honest, two things which do not often pop up when car shopping.
I took my car in for sevice and they refused to honor my warranty then half ass fixed my car. If you want a car go anywhere else
