Geico in general is the problem. I have been calling to ask about why my policy went up by $1200 a year. I have a perfect driving record and then I had an accident in March. They keep telling me sorry but the rate changed in my area. Talked with Underwritting and supervisors and no one was able to help me. I understand a rate increase but they doubled my rates. Terrible service. With my job we recommend services to our customers and one of them is Geico. Not giving them any more business.
TERRIBLE!!!! Emailed office in the morning requesting a quote and did not hear back from agent. Finally, I had to call only to be told there was no one available to speak with me. Hope this lets you know the quality of service you will be receiving should you have to process a claim. Good luck with that!!!!
Took 2.5 months to get a payment from Geico for an accident that was on dash cam and proved other driver was at fault. I have moved on and changed to progressive.
Great service cheap insurance saves money easy to use apps.
Terribly incompetent rude receptionist.
