I have been with Bellco for several years and have frequently deposited large checks for my business. Bellco has grossly mishandled a deposit in excess of $10K, that was typical for my account. What followed was a litany of missteps, incompetence--and worst of all--bureaucratic indifference that lasted nearly a month. Bellco never owned up to mishandling of my deposit and never followed up with me despite promises to do so. If you’re a business owner be careful and don’t fall for “better service” myth at Bellco. You won’t even be able to call your local branch and the centralized phone support is less than professional; just annoyed people reading scripts. I closed my accounts at Bellco after the fiasco with my deposit and opened accounts at a bank where I have already experienced a much higher level of service expressed through competence and professionalism.
Most banks seem to need personal attention to individual accounts. I personally check my accounts, charges, and any other banking business on line regularly. I am personally viewing any activity with my accounts. No problems at this time. Bellco has helped us during some difficult times. They have always been helpful and friendly. Any personsl account needs attention. I try to watch my numbers and then mention any problems. We had three charges amounting to about $600 that was by someone unknown. Bellco covered everything for us without any questions. Thanks to all.
I had my car financed through Bellco. They never sent me any account statements or even an account number. I had to search out all of this myself. Now that I am trying to get my payoff amount I have been unable to get thru to a human being for over five days. I have currently been on hold for over 20 minutes! Frustrated to say the least. Will avoid using them in the future if I can.
This bank has been nothing buy friendly and helpful to me! I never go anywhere else this is my bank!
